Brochet Family Tasting (Empire Chinese Cuisine) : 60% PN, 40% C, 80% 2020 with 20% reserve, triage 7/2021, disgorge Jul 2023, bottle 1647/2093, prominent reductive aroma, dried chilli, backed with red apple, broad on the palate with excellent precision, long finish. First time getting reductive notes from a champagne which is interesting. Extremely well made but not my preferred style.
