Gomez Nevado Vino de la Tierra de Villaviciosa de Córdoba Abocado Medium Dry Roble Viejo

This is pretty obscure stuff. Made like sherry - under flor, but NOT fortified, and much further inland in the remarkably named town of Villaviciosa de Cordoba at 500m elevation in the Sierra Morena. Abocado is a sweet style. Partially fermented late harvest airen is combined with 5 year old Dorado (Amontillado style) wine from a blend of airen, palomino, and PX. The blend is aged 5 more years.
