Light, pale green color. Rich yet cool nose with aromas of fresh pear, stony minerality, some aromatic herbs and white pepper spice typical of the variety. Clean, fresh and pure palate with flavors of grassy herbs, cool stony minerality, fresh apple and pear, citrusy acidity and a hint of melon. Moderately long finish with refreshing flavors of aromatic herbs, stony minerality and some apple.
