Hommage to mother's and grand-mother's names. What a lovely nose - cinnamon, spice, and bacon fat. Tight grain, lightly toasted 600 L French Oak. Clean and fresh on the palate. Also tightly wound on the palate as well.

Very typical Aussie Shiraz, smooth, silky tannins and abundant ripe dark fruit (dark cherry, damson, black currant) with some vanilla oak which leaves an almost sweet mouthfeel. What distinguishes it from the uniform quaff is the satisfactory acidity and the spicy and somewhat ethereal undertones. A crowd-pleaser but in a good way.

A deep dark red in the glass, there is classy oak on the nose that combines with dark berries and seductive spices. The palate is ripe with plum fruit sitting alongside dark chocolate tannins and subtle cinnamon spices. The wine has a great mouth feel and excellent length.
