Domaine Roland Schmitt Sylvaner Grand A

A very well made Sylvaner with impeccable acidity. As expected from this lower tier grape, the body is a bit light and watery and the aromas limited to subtle stone fruit and some green apples. A summer terrace wine.

Transparent light beige - yellow gold On the nose, pear, star fruit, honey, sticky rice, touch of flint Palate matches the nose, plus dragonfruit, and some not full blown passion fruit Wet stones Med+ acidity Med finish Delicious!! Paired with fried chicken from poboys (yes works with the habanero sauce!)
