This was our 4th bottle of this wine & I was disappointed it hadn’t improved with a further 6 months in the bottle. In actual fact I think it wasn’t as smooth as the first 3 bottles we’ve had over the past 20 months or so. Hopefully the next bottle will be more towards what I’d hoped, as 2018 was a great vintage in the Clare.

We consumed this wine over 3 days & it continued to improve each day as it opened up. I really like this winery & especially their Shiraz. I’m confident this wine will climb to 95/96 over the next 12-24 months.
