Bernard Fevre Pommard 1er Cru Les Épenots

5 hour ox, 1 hour gentle decant. Lightish color, but clear. Fresh in the nose, with a touch of leaves and slight dirt (the good kind). Soft and just a bit chunky in the mouth, but still refreshing. Good balance of fruit and grip. Nice with roast corn-fed chicken, roast pumpkin and broccoli.
