Found for $7 at a tremendous value - day 1: this is not a true Pinot in that it is rather heavy, almost drinks like a light Syrah. That said, it is still a solid drink, earthy, gravelly texture, floral notes, some muted red fruit, pleasant finish. Not a bad bottle if found at a good price. day 2: Opens up a lot, some of the harshness blows over, lighter on its feet

Had it with roasted duck.An excellent value! Crisp & nuanced with fruity flavor. I’m not good at extending my wine tasting experience to the nuanced vocabulary of the connaisseurs, but I do recommend it at this price or slightly higher.
