Drank with a good ribeye at Sophie's Steakhouse in Covent Garden, London. Perfumed nose of violets, ripe plummy fruits and a touch of creaminess. Palate was pretty average. One dimensional, fruit forward, little body or structure. Acidity was rip roaringly high. Would have expected more complexity given this is a shiraz-malbec blend.
