France Trip: Paris, Champagne, Burgundy; 9/3/2023-9/17/2023 (Paris, Champagne, Burgundy) : Drank a small glass over 15 minutes at G. Tribaut in Hauvillers. Went here on a couple of recommendations, and we were glad we did. Great views with harvest going on below us. Very welcoming and friendly staff. The lineup was pretty impressive and the QPR's were off the charts here. Fun to try, raisin, dried cherry, filbert, and spicy.

Tasted at the winery. Marie Tribaut poured this for us just before we were leaving. This liquor is 80% Pinot Noir and 20% spirts from Marc de Champagne and clocked in at 18% alcohol. It had a raisiny and nutty taste. No score.
