Very pale limpid golden yellow. Oyster shells, brine and oily citrus zest on the nose. Flavours are briney, acidity, lime zest, sharpish but softened edge, tiny breeze of honey and fineness. Very interesting. Some oiliness in the background too, lime and lemon oil. More layers come through as it opens up - excellent!
2021 vintage
