White flowers and a note of new-mown grass on the nose. On the palate, pear, grapefruit, yeast, and a smoky note on the medium finish, with a fine bubble and good acidity; this seemed to have a bit of sweetness to it that I don't remember from previous bottles. Very good, but not great value at ~$20.

There is definitely some bottle variation on these. We went through five bottles at a party, and some of them were duller and less interesting than others. The good ones were good value; the less-good ones were not. This is the first time I have had this kind of experience with Prosecco -- they are usually quite consistent. I don't know what would cause this. Too bad.

This stands head, neck, and shoulders above the three previous bottles of this I have had, and it's one of the best Proseccos I have tasted. On the nose, yeast, white flowers, and a note of something flinty and mineralic. On the palate, pear, grapefruit, flint, and notes of lemon and doughy yeast on the medium to long finish, with strong acidity. I have several more bottles, and I hope they're all like this; this is excellent, and actually merits …

Bready yeast on the nose. On the palate, pear and white flowers, with a bit of underlying citrus and good acidity. Good, but not a good value.

Yeast on the nose; strong spiced pear on the palate with notes of peach and white flowers. This is a bit better than the previous bottle, but the value for money still falls short.

A touch of yeast on the nose. On the palate, pear, white peach, and faint notes of white pepper and yeast, with a fine bubble and good acidity. This has no flaws, but it lacks power and complexity that can sometimes be found in less expensive Proseccos. It's very good in terms of quality, but at $20 the value for money is below average. I will hope that this is just an off bottle, since I have several more.

I wanted to like this, I really did. Nothing bad about it, in fact sort of quenching....but, just not much here. Medium mousse, light gold color and decent acidity. However, not much in terms of flavor profile.

This is a very good Prosecco! Fruity and mineraly at the same time. Nice fine mousse.
