Another yummy Christmas Eve wine. Thomas runs Domaine Guy Farge, taking over from his father. Not sure if this wine is a side project or not. 100% Syrah, blackberry, blueberry, some pepper, earthiness, and elegant. I decanted for about 30 mins and paired with Christmas Eve dinner, though honestly I had most of my portion with mince pie for dessert.
