Deep straw in color with golden hue. Nose of ripe peaches and red apples. Tastes of peaches, apple cider, and apricots, with hints of cherries. Lovely acidity and much drier than first impression. Fully mature. Drink up.

No formal notes, but not as sweet or mouth-coating as expected. An 01 JJ Prum Kabinett tasted along side this was significantlty sweeter. Did get a lot of crisp apples, lemon, green melon notes. Good acidity with a blue-stone minerality on the finish.
