This was a real surprise. Very nice, "port light" as my friend called it. Its drinking perfectly right now, very well integrated. Not especially complex. Just smooth, not too sweet, port goodness. I wish I had picked up more than one bottle.

a bit tired and rustic, smooth and integrated but not deep. Not bad, just "end of plateau" for this particular bottle.

This was given to us by someone who has been getting this Port-style wine for a long time. He has been sampling his oldest bottles and suggests keeping this for 20 years or so. I don't know if I will be able to wait that long.
