Straw yellow. Delicate floral top notes of daisy and wild herbs like thyme. The palate is bright and citrus-driven, showing lemon rind and zesty freshness with a vinous, lingering finish — lively and characterful.

Consistent with prior bottle. Very good wine.

Stone fruit, honey, citrus, peach in nose High acidity, full body.

Very crisp, smooth white wine that would appeal to Chablis type drinkers.

Jermann and Suavia: Northern Italian Legends (Prince Sydney, 40 Hansard Street) : Green fruits, gooseberry, greengages, a little citrus; lime, white pepper spice, touches of sulphur, tiny smidge of pear and green stone fruit as well but none of this fruit is overtly ripe. Very slight spritz, bone dry again but with medium plus acidity, green fruit melange is present here as well but dissipates quickly leaving a muted chalky burr on the mid palate. Interesting

Not entirely unenjoyable, but well past peak.
