(16/20) Outstanding rosé, the favourite wine in the shop of the owner of the shop, or so his wife told us :) Well, I get it. This has freshness, elegance and a lovely smoothness. Medium intense aromas of raspberry, wild strawberry, red grapefruit, touch of lime, tangerine, rose petal, white pepper, wet stone. Dry wine, medium+ acidity, light body, pronounced flavour intensity, medium+ length finish. 12,5% ABV - €8,50 @ La Cave a Nico, Valras Plage
