a bit flat. cherry and plum fruit.

Graphite, stone, & dark fruit on the palate. Medium tannins impart a nice texture and mouth feel ending owith long, lingering finish. 4.5 out of 5 �� This wine was awesome!

nice flavors, but lacks the depth and complexity that I sought.

a lot of plum and other dark fruit, some depth and earthiness, a bit of smoke and tar. A nice effort, but nothing special.

Did not like at first, second day after opening up it was much better balanced with nice subdued oak and vanilla notes. Still slightly peppery but not our of balance like first day.

Really dark with purple rim and long, slow legs. Nose is rushed by hickory smoke and palate of black cherry with smoked gouda on the finish. This is certainly a meal in itself. Two days later, after vacuum sealing it, it mellowed out and became much less smokey and the tannins smoothed out. Could definitely be cellared for a few years. Q86/D89
