Liked this second more than first. Drank over several nights, with and without food. Noted a bit deeper flavor profile, more herb, aged citrus, nice body and good balance, maybe needed the air time as it steadily improved from when first opened.

Aromas of cotton candy, lemon lime. Big mouthfeel. Tastes of lemon cream pie, gooseberry and tropical fruits. Low acidity. Would pair well with white fish, scallops, ham or pork.
