A very agreeable wine to while away a warm Friday evening. Brambly fruits, a hint of oak and a spicy - but maybe slightly hot - finish. Not especially complex but well balanced. Certainly a notch above my previous (and admittedly very limited) pinotage experiences.

some quite bright fruit on the nose and palate, with a sweetish long finish, i think in time this will develop into something a lot deeper and more complex, a very good QPR

Clear, medium/deep intensity, ruby/purple colour. Clean, medium/pronounced intensity, herbaceous vegetal, mint leaves and meaty with redcurrant fruits. Dry, medium acidity, low tannin and full bodied, similar flavours on the palate including petrol/earthy flavours. Medium/long length. ***1/2
