SDEN3 course - Lineup of three different Sauvignon Blancs. This Loire, a Marlborough, and a Bordeaux. Very nice to smell and taste the differences! This one showed profound aromas of grassy tones, apple, papaya, canned pineapple. Light bodied palate with med+ acidity and flavours of white peach, young pineapple, lemon, iron, flint.
