Moorooduc Masterclass with Kate McIntyre (Prince Sydney, 40 Hansard Street) : A little cream, bacon fat, sweet spice, stone fruit over lemon, controlled oak, cheesy lees. Juicy, tangy, quite bacon fat, savoury here as well but the stone fruit quality is present as is the sweet spice and controlled oak. Young, fruity, nice.
