The BdN a few weeks ago was my first wine from Tasmania, and this is now my second! 100% chardonnay, vinification in stainless, part of the blend allowed to complete malolactic fermentation. Individual tanks rested on lees for 8 months before blending and bottling. No disgorgement date given. Dosage 7g/l. On first opening the bottle there is a great aroma of fresh green apples.
