Maison Albert Bichot Beaujolais-Villages Nouveau

This is the first Bichot I had ever, and in terms of style this is not the Beaujolais I had in mind from other winery. This wine is elegant, like a cool young dutchess. It is domianted by flowerly perfume nose, and taste, including Lily and Violet. There is no fruit at all. I would rank higher if this is not Beaujolais Nouveau.
