Mighty fine effort. Gets the balance just right between fruit, acid & oak. A good depth of flavor and secondary characteristics made it a great kickoff choice for Thanksgiving

Okay, but not really the style of Chardonnay that I gravitate to. Decent acidity, but there is an acerbic note on the finish that I find somewhat distracting.

Perfect wine to pop and pour on the patio on a gorgeous early summer evening. Pale yellow in color with a delicate nose and entry. Some floral, citrus and crushed shells. Light on its feet with medium to light body. Easy to drink on its own.

More depth and less intensity than the nose on the 2021 (tasted together), it wafts lemon and lime zests and curds, orange marmalade, vanilla custard, and cinnamon. Full bodied with thick, sweet, and syrupy acid, the flavor profile is sweet and features vanilla pudding, lemon curd, pineapple, toasted oak, and marginal butter. Well integrated and seamless, it unfortunately falls a bit flat.

Excellent Chardonnay that exudes stone fruit and salinity. This shouts to be paired with oysters on the half shell. Fantastic nose and the flavors expand as it warms a bit in the glass. This one seemingly evaporated as it is such an easy drinker. Nik should be proud of this offering. So clean and crisp but with great aromas and flavor profile. Loved it and looking forward to more Stars & Dust!

We really enjoyed this wine, great nose of lemons, stone fruits and spice. Palate begins with a strong citrus and saline note, and then seamlessly transitions to a long almond butter and fresh tropical fruit finish. Amazing depth of flavor and only 12.4% ABV

Pop and pour. Beautiful, bright straw color with nice body. Lively nose, citrus, floral notes, wet stone mineral notes, very warm with toasted vanillin. Front palate bursts with citrus, guava and pineapple, but more caramelized than fresh. Mid palate is a bit thin and doesn't deliver the weight that the nose promises. Finish is loaded with oak and a bit flat, missing the desired acid pop. Drinks ok alone but really did not do any favors pairing with a Mediterranean …

PNP at room temp, initially. Apple crumble with a toasted streusel topping. Roasted pineapple and sea salt caramel. This has a strong savory-ness to it. After about an hour, I started to get some lemon up front. I popped it in the fridge overnight. Night two -- poured straight from the fridge. Got more of the lemony flavors initially, but as it warmed up the lovely roasted tropical fruit and toasted streusel flavors became more prominent. I couldn't stop drinking …
