Pianbello Barolo

Expectation were not very high for this rather inexpensive Barolo made by an Asti producer. In fact it was a good surprise with a well made, if simple expression of this not -so easy vintage 2015. The wine has a medium depth of colour. The nose is immediately very nebbiolo, with a good quantity of floral notes complementing the cherry fruit and some nice spices.
