Paolo Caccese Collio Pinot Bianco

Clear and clean in glass, slightly skanky nose with some elements of decaying vegetation on top of stone fruit and salt air. Palate shows great Veneto typicity, however, with clean pretty white peach and slight notes of lime; bracing acidity and minerality balance nicely, and despite the unusual nose, delicious.
