PnP at refrigerator temperature. Pale straw robe with no evidence of carbonation. At first it struck us like a "lemon bar" (lemon/citrus, baking spices, honey, and bread), but took on more of a lemon/lime/ginger quality as it warmed up. The acidity was crisp without intruding into the flavors. It did not pair well with feta cheese. Overall, we will call this "very good," 87/100.
