Tasty and refreshing, it is showing a little more pear cidery notes than it did while younger, with a nice minerality and just a touch of sweetness. It has probably peaked, but is still enjoyable.

Drinking with Dressner (Act II) (Le Caveau, Chamblee, GA) : Essence of white peach + a little RS = dangerously easy to consume in large quantities.

Pétillant-naturel. This is a sparkling dessert wine from Texier, made from old vine Chasselas, which I have learned is a Swiss varietal. This has light effervescence (reminded me of the bead in Prosecco, without the sweetness), and notes of Elderflower, white fruits and a hint of sweetness on the finish. Interesting and enjoyable. With Abby at Narcissa.
