Nice Champagne. For us it misses a little crispiness and tension. But very nice and very good QPR. We prefer the grand Cru les Suzaines for some euros more.

Guiborat and Lilbert-Fils dinner with some extras (Long Ji) : Base 2017 with 15% solera, 100% Chardonnay, bottled April 2018, disgorged Jun 2022, dosage 3.6g/l. Nose of red apple mix with lemon. Fine bubbles with med acid and finish.

By the glass. On the nose it is sparkling, plenty of notes of red berries and bakery as if it had been made with pinot noir. Very quaffable in the mouth with citrus balance and a good length. It is not a complex champagne but could be fully enjoyed with food. Por copas. Just brief notes on several bubblies with Christmas Eve dinner. This came first and was quite fruity and sweeter and more porty on the finish than I expected due perhaps to 7g dosage. But refreshing and good.
