Part of De Bortoli group. Out of a lovely red paper cup on Qantas. Looks like a deep golden slightly orange coloured but hard to tell in the cup. Pears, lychee, slight vanilla and oak. The body medium large, it's rather thick for a fresh vintage, acidity is fairly well balanced but simple, finish is on the shorter side, a small amount of alcohol heat at the end. Pears, nectarine, a little creamy, slightly bitter, a bit too much oak. …
