bright ruby and medium body in the glass. a mineral note wafts thru the clean and fresh dark berry fruit and pepper accent aromas. fresh and fruity on entry, the same mineral note drives the midpalate as the raspberry flavours dance against the chalky tannins. spice tones lead into a moderate finish. i suspect the inclusion of Carignan sends this to the Vin de France classification… but for all intents and purposes it's a young Châteauneuf with good concentration and …

An inviting nose of perfectly ripe briary fruits tined with spice. It is velvety in the mouth, with layers of flavour and tannins that are supportive yet relaxed. The finish is clean, bright and long. Delicious wine.
