This pale yellow Sauvignon Blanc is highly perfumed, with grapefruit, peach, mineral and white flower aromas that translate to comparable flavors on the palate. Light-bodied, crisply acidic and with nicely integrated alcohol (listed as 12.5%), it stays vibrant and solid on the middle palate but is a bit terse on the back end. This should be at its best over the next couple of years. Enjoy it as an apéritif or as a partner to light fare. Drink now-2020.

Pale greenish yellow, clear. Gooseneck nose. Spectacular, palate cleansing. Bright and refreshing with fish.

Nice not overpowering lemon, and peach, slate and a touch of green pepper.
