Takizawa Winery Sparkling Rose Tabiji 2021 sans soufre ajoute 9.5% ABV (Tabiji is a local variety in Hokkaido) Medium rose golden to the eyes. Floral notes with red cherry fruits and nicely balanced finish with a touch of spices that adds to the complexity. 93 points.
