Fat, custardy, oaky. Not decayed but time to drink any.

Just a spectacular bottle of wine, and I can't imagine it being better. Lovely tangerine and green melon notes against a backdrop of mellowed brioche. Maybe it's lost some of the distinctiveness of flavor characteristics of previous bottles, but in its age, it's just splendid. wow!

Fantastic. Deep golden color characteristic of aged fine chardonnays. Fruit more present on the nose than pallet. Toasty but not oaky, flavorful but subtle, pleasant mouthfeel but not too buttery, defined, logical and pleasant sequence of complex flavors that lingered nicely. Better at about 60 degrees than 40. Among the best. 93 to 95.

Yep - deeply integrated and exceptionally well rounded. Vanilla elements have matured into a quiet caramel perfection. Subtle, well defined. Fruit is faint yet brings up the elements of a perfectly aged, rich and full chard. A complete wine in that no single element is overly pronounced. Entire table was blown away. Only wish I had more...

Off the charts. Wonderful tropical fruit and freshness; especially lovely peach and nectarine notes. Can't believe how delicate this is. Don't miss it!

Very distinctive in that it had great depth and richness while maintaining a crisp, light balance. We all loved it.

A privilege to drink this incredible chard. As though the depth of the flavors scaled to the accompanying food. Intense but never overbearing. Perfection. Cracked crab, Garlic bread, w/ ginger brussel sprouts. Wow.

Very nice, light on the oak. Hint of melon.
