Initial impressions right after opening: Color: dusky, light lemon yellow Nose: aromatic with citrus hints; Taste and mouthfeel: medium mouthfeel on the tongue, dominant butterscotch but not flabby; the butterscotch sits in the middle of the tongue with nice, citrus undertone with acidity at the edges of the tongue that lasts 10-15 s after the butterscotch leaves.
