Remoissenet Pere et Fils Bourgogne Blanc Cuvée Tradition

I was surprised that I liked this one as much as I did. The quality of the wine suggested something other than a basic Bourgogne. To be honest, if I had not had the opportunity to sample this I would have surely passed it over for a Pouilly-Fuissé or something of the like for a few dollars more.
