Agréablement surpris qu'il y ait encore de la vie et du plaisir dans ce vin d'un "certain âge"! Dans cette échelle de prix et pour ce type de vin, c'est doublement surprenant!

Unremarkable and not very memorable. Tasted like red wine.

Pleasant, but a bit simple. Some smokiness surrounds the dark cherry and baking spices - which is nice. Not too sweet, but not much of a finish. Drink up.

This wine has aged well and deserves a higher score than upon its release. Dark chocolate covered cherries, boysenberries, and cumin aromas with some vanilla, caramel oakiness. Mid palate is soft but otherwise could be mistaken for a mellow, aged Cabernet Sauvignon with a long, lingering finish. Recommend to drink now, no need to age longer.

Really nice, better than medium-bodied Merlot that has some of the attributes of a Cab. Drink now, do not see additional aging potential. Great buy, can not find anymore locally.

A fairly full-bodied, fruit-forward Merlot which is typical of eastern Washington (they could actually make me start liking Merlot). Was afraid this would be too old as we paid $13.99 for it last month - great value and is at its peak now. This is a Merlot that could easily be mistaken for a Cab or a Zin. Drink now. Great QPR.

Day 2 in Woodinville (Woodinville, WA) : A richer style of Merlot with raspberries, red florals, some milk chocolate and spice on the nose. The palate was a bit spicier with distinct herbal tones and crushed clove. Good amount of ripe red fruit on the palate - not all that much acidity.

Medium ruby. Not very dense in appearance. Smell - wild berries woody brush dried herb. Taste - Dried herbs fennel anise very round but still has some bite. Soft toasty finish, soft tannins.

Where did the totaly yumminess go that I tasted at the winery? Was it too late in my tasting day? Too much sweetness with just a hint of the earth that overwhelmed me in Walla Walla.

tasted after it was open overnight. nose of strawberry syrup and some mocha. i also got this great carmelized sugar or creme brulee aroma. very silky palate, well structured. fruit is smooth and the mouthfeel is lush. not really complex, but its full of smooth and pure fruit.
