***see previous notes As with all Japanese alcohol, there is something lighter afloat here. I chalk that up to the water in Japan. This is a nice bottle, for sure.

Mixture of malt whiskies distilled in copper with spring water with a subsequent aging of eight years in American white oak barrels that housed bourbon in origin. This "white rabbit" is made with 14 botanical elements using spring water reaching an alcoholic volume of 47%. Clean, clear. Drank freezer temp to room temp. Very fruity nose. Honey notes. Sage. Sweet with savory notes. Fresh, lively, definitely to the sweeter side of things. I quite like it in cocktails. Quite unique flavor profile. Britt loves this gin.
