Found this gem recently when holidaying in Slovenia. Friday evening in Diessenhofen and pairing with a dorade. Médium gold color. Red apples, citrus, light honey, hay, and mandarines on the nose. Med acidity, med body, med alcohol, med flavor intensity and med finish. Thick and creamy, whilst balcony with acidity and citrus, nice ripe apples, with a nice touch of salinity. Perfectly pairing with white fish. Burgundian style. Like it with a rather good QPR.
