50+5+12+16+7 Clear, Day Bright, Pale, Straw (silver hue). Slight rim variation, no evidence of gas/sediment/oak. No staining, medium viscosity. Clean, no flaws. Medium intensity youthful. Dry, medium acidity, medium alcohol, medium body. Lemon and apple, pear Lifesaver, some tartness, very fresh with purity of fruit. Limestone with hints of salinity on the finish. Slightly under ripe pear shows up again and lingers for quite some time. This one could age five years before it hits the peak.
