What a beautiful bottle, heavy, deep punt and a quality cork. Perhaps a much better wine a couple of years ago as this had lost much of what it had, simple in all ways, nose, up front, mid palate and the finish. Just a good wine that is past it time in my opinion. Purchased on Spectrum but was in good condition.

It�s been 6+ years since I last enjoyed this wine; used a cork puller, cork came out intact, with cork being saturated about 50% and some O2 intrusion along the sides. Black and red fruits still displaying freshness, concentration, and power. In development with ,grainy tannin and acidity still in play. Juicy mouthfeel; structure supports a long finish. My last bottle, but this could drink well for another 3-5 years. Drink now or hold through 2025.

WIML91 Tasted non blind. Dark garnet to purple color in the glass, clear looking throughout. Nose of black pepper, brown sugar and Kirsch. Flavors of raspberries, Kirsch and Bing cherries. Medium acidity, medium to firm tannin, full bodied. Drink now with some air.

Not sure if this bottle was flawed. When using Coravin I had a fair bit of wine leak from around the cork. Higher acid and less fruit than I recall, and something unidentifiable (VA?) on the nose.

Possibly heat damaged or something. This bottle was just way off. Stewed fruit, VA all over the place. Poor showing.

Ripe, jammy black fruits, licorice, anise. A bit musky, showing some age, earth, leather, spice. Kinda hollow on the mid-palate, palate just feels disjointed vs nose.

Tasting better than the first bottle. Nice and fruity, oak notes, vanilla, spice are quite strong.

Had with a grilled rib-eye and work out pretty well. Dark and ripe, but maybe a tinge of VA or something else that makes it less expressive. This was not that initially noticeable with food, but taking this tasting note without food, makes me think that the wine is a little off. Pity as it was a decent blend with some nice tasty notes.

Might be a bit off, nose is slightly strange, almost musty. Palate is tame, sort of dead. Lots of acid and tannin. Some fruit but it is sort faded leaving mostly structure.

Deep ruby red. A bit elegant on the nose, with floral notes and red berries. Even a little something like dried guava and some acetone. Medium plus tannins (7.5/10) and medium plus to full bodied. Red berries on the palate with spicy notes. More specifically strawberries and raspberries. Long finish. Seemed a little like carmenere, interesting blend. Drink till 2023.

This had a deep, subtle and elegant bouquet of violet, black currant, plum, smoke, burnt toast, licorice and spice aromas. The palate was big, rich and nicely integrated with flavors of black currant, black cherry, plum, char, burnt toast, licorice and spice.

A unique six varietal blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Petit Verdot, and Sangiovese. Decanted and enjoyed with a grilled ribeye. Initially a bit shy until it gets some air, but it displays a great balance of fruit, acidity, and oak. Finishes strong. A great Garagiste Mystery wine.

Delicious example of a Washington State red blend. Nose of purple fruit, smoke and granite. An abundance of minerals offsets the 14.5% alcohol. Pomegranate, black cherry cough drop, stems and green tea. New world fruit is not jammy. Wood kept in check.
