Appearance: Clear wine with a pale lemon colour. Nose: Clean nose with a Medium- intensity. This wine is youthful. Simple on the nose with green apples, green pears and lemon being the only discernible notes. There is a hollowness to the fruit profile - perhaps an effect of Amphora fermentation?
