Dark garnet in color and opaque in the glass; Aromas of black cherry, plum, baking spice, and hints of milk chocolate on the nose; tastes of tart cherry and spice on the palate; medium(+) body, medium(+) acidity, medium(+) chalky tannins; long cherry finish. The spice on the nose was amazing. Started out with balanced fruit and baking spice, then after an hour it turned to clove dominant, and then back to fruit dominant again.
