Spatlese in style, tight acidity that carries a spicey citrus (key lime) palate which is long in duration. Nice balance allowing the acidity to cut into the residual sugar making it more dry/off dry than sweet. Just lovely for a warm summer's avo, conversation provoking and damned good with sushi and curries. Unsure about age worthiness but since its in Screw cap it will probably stick around for at least a fiver (note: tried a 1983 McWilliams Hawkesbay Riesling/sylvanner blend …
