Medium+ intensity nose has enticing floral aromas mingling with apricot, peach, ginger, and lemon zest. It is medium-full bodied on the weighty palate with nice aroma replays and supported by succulent, balanced acids, Stone fruit notes linger on the finish, with very good length.

Pretty light gold color with a reflective sheen. Honey and green herbs with a bit of vanilla on the nose. Effervescence is present. Notes of lime zest and bitter herbs and perhaps a touch of bitter honey with a very mineral core, all of which lasts throughout the long finish.
