Ruby purple. Nose has smoky note now. Blackberries on the palate when it was a bit chilled but as it warmed up the tannins came out with the black pepper.

Purple with a full aroma of oak, red fruit, and sea air. Taste has moderate tannins that could have used more time to integrate. But nice mellow bitter note through the middle and black pepper on a long finish. Really interesting and I’ll see what the next bottle has to say after more time.

Black and blue fruits. Rich and concentrated. A bit monotone at this stage. Very drying tannins.
